Hi guys! My name is Buddy, and I am a 2 to 3 year old Staffordshire Terrier Mix. I have been at Hickory for about 5 months now! I have been homeless my whole life. When my 2nd owner was admitted to the hospital, he refused treatment until he knew I was taken care of. My friends at Hickory came to get me and the rest is history.

I would love to be in a home without cats or small animals. I really enjoy cuddling with my human friends, so I would be great at being an only pet too. I'm VERY energetic when I'm outside or when I get excited, but I have learned how to control my excitement and replace my zoomies with giving love. Although I haven't been dealt the fairest hand of cards, I really only have love and loyalty to give.

If you enjoy playing outside OR just laying down and watching Netflix, and you need a four-legged baby to join you, I'm very good at both :)
