Bentley was with us for almost 3 years! After waiting very patiently, his forever person finally found him!

Lenny was with us for about 2 years before he finally found his forever best friend!

Ghost showed up on our property one hot summer day, and it didn't take entirely too long for him to find his forever home! Later on, his new parents even rescued Penny to keep him company! 

We were a bit nervous about finding Nicholas a home due to his energy and tendency to nip when he plays. When we found out this young couple has another dog that has the same temperament, we knew Nicholas would be a perfect fit!

When Mojo's adopter's previous dog passed away, he came to Hickory looking to adopt a dog in need at the shelter. There was no better match for him than Moj! Since being adopted, Mojo has gained confidence, weight, and SO much love. 

Zola was lucky enough to find her forever family who came all the way from Oklahoma to pick her up. She has a new sister who is a Rottweiler and they both LOVE to play together. 

Riot was first adopted by a family back in February of 2023, but unfortunately the family's housing situation changed and needed Riot to come back to Hickory in May of 2023. Hickory was able to find him a new home before he even had to come back to the shelter. The family originally was going to foster Riot for a few months, but he got along well with their dogs and they ended up loving him and decided to keep him!
 

Frankie was one of our office dogs who got to go on hikes with us in the golf cart - she really loved to run with the pack! After this couple showed interest in Frankie and explained that they have land to roam and another very active dog, we knew Frankie would fit right in!
